Bowen workshops

I run practical hands-on workshops in the Bowen Technique.

During the workshop you will:

• Learn the history and use of Bowen
• Master the basic Bowen move
• Learn some of the Bowen sequences
• Discover some 'quick fixes' for common ailments
• Have a chance to work on a partner, and be worked on
• Be able to ask to be shown treatments for specific ailments you or your friends / family may have
