My aromatherapy workshops are a fun and practical way to learn about this ancient art.

During the workshop you will:

• Discover the different emotional, physical, mental and spiritual properties of essential oils
• Have a chance to smell and sample a wide range of oils
• Select two or three oils to make your own custom massage blend
• Learn and practice hand massage techniques
• Explore the different types of carrier oils
• Hear how aromatherapy developed - including some of the quirkier characters and events in its history
