My aromatherapy workshops are fun and practical ways to learn about this
ancient art.
During
the workshop you will:
- Learn
how aromatherapy developed - including some of the quirkier characters
and events in its history
- Discover
the different emotional, physical, mental and spiritual properties of
essential oils
- Learn
about the different types of carrier oils
- Have
a chance to smell and sample a wide range of oils
- Select
two or three oils to make your own custom massage blend
- Learn
and practice hand massage techniques
