Background

I've been practicing and teaching complementary therapies for 9 years now. Based in Huddersfield, I offer home visits across West Yorkshire. I also have clients in London.

I'm fully qualified and insured to use Bowen, Reiki and Aromatherapy in my work and am immensely grateful for the opportunity to work with these treatments, and experience first-hand the benefits they bring to clients.

I also have a qualification in teaching adults, and I enjoy teaching therapies and running workshops.

I take a holistic approach - which means I can look at your symptoms and use a combination of therapies to design your own custom-made treatment. Sessions are gentle yet powerful and designed to heal and integrate you - body, mind and soul.

I have a young 17-month-old son and this has led me to a particular interest in treatments for pregnant women and new mothers.
